Jitain Shah Singh, Managing Director
  • A General Manager with a strong strategic and marketing orientation.
  • More than 30 years of experience in consumer-facing sectors including spirits, pharmaceuticals, foods, cosmetics and toiletries.
  • Top tier marketing and general management experience in markets in Asia and the Middle East in leading companies including Boots, Diageo, Lakme (now a part of Unilever) and Richardson Vicks.
  • Has held Senior Leadership positions including Regional Director, Asia and General Manager, Gulf and South Asia.
  • Specific assignments entailed turnaround of static/declining businesses, development and launch of new brands, revamping of business policy and organisation structure, set up of teams and systems, and post-merger business consolidation.
  • An MBA from JBIMS and a graduate in Economics Honours from Delhi University.
Ramesh Ramakrishnan Iyer, Director Innovation
  • A consultant in marketing solutions with 22+ years of marketing, sales and general management experience across Asia, including, India, Greater China and North Asia.
  • Worked in senior marketing positions in leading companies including P&G, Philips, Seagram and Pernod Ricard.
  • Areas of expertise include product / market development strategies, licensing, pan-Asia ad campaigns, management of travel / retail & luxury products, direct marketing, media, and market research.
  • Also has practical knowledge on interest group and ethnic marketing, promotions, the Internet, CRM, and Internet marketing models.
  • An MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, India and a graduate degree in Chemistry from Loyola College.
Vivek Bali, Director Strategy
  • A practitioner turned consultant with 21+ years of FMCG industry experience.
  • Held a wide range of marketing and sales experience across ASEAN, India and Australia / New Zealand.
  • Worked with Procter and Gamble in India and Thailand in senior positions in market research, marketing and category management.
  • Headed the hair care category group in India and in Thailand was the head of customer management for large retail chain store formats.
  • Is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a graduate in Economics from St. Stephens New Delhi.
